I loved it, but my husband was bored....
You definitely need to be able to appreciate the effort that was put into the 3D art to enjoy it. My husband and I came here and I forced him to take pictures of me in almost all the areas - the art is wonderful many are interactive. While we are in our 20's, this would be a great place for families or groups of friends to go and have some fun at (and in air conditioning). Be prepared to wear shoes that come on and off easily, as you need to remove your shoes to go on most art displays.A Google User
For only 400 baht, you get a ton of cool looking artwork to take pictures with. There are a lot of exhibits, some of them don't have instructions on how to take them so you have to figure it out. The ticket booth closes at 6:30 but we were there until 8 pm and they didn't kick us out. You have to spend at least an hour and a half here to get through all of the exhibits. It was a lot of fun trying to figure out how to take the picturesA Google User
Nice way to cool down in the Thailand heat. They have a variety of interactive art you can take pictures with. Definitely go with a friend and use them as your photographer. Fairly cheap at around 400 baht. Well worth the memories. A Google User
Art in Paradise is probably best in a group. With two people it is OK, but I think more people would be better. My best advice is to wear sandals or flops - there are many places for pictures that have 'no shoe' signs.A Google User
Great way to spend a few hours, got some funny photos and enjoyed seeing the art work. Able to be enjoyed by people of all ages - a must do in Chiang mai algernon flowers
Great morning or afternoon out for a group or family. Amazing 3D art that comes alive when you stand in it. Best with at least 2 people. Should have taken a break halfway round and not rushed the last part with the kids. Spent about 3 hours there. Make sure you take phone with a good camera and that it is fully charged.Jade C
I went here on my own, and had a great time, though it's really more practical to go with at least one other person, as a lot of the 3D art is fantastic to get pictures with and can be quite "interactive".
I thought the entrance fee was a little much, but had a great time and loved the artworks, so it was worth it.Aly Inouye
Took a group of college students here and they had a blast. The building is huge, with so many interactive murals. Definitely a unique date/adventure/memory!CheeWah Chan
Art in Paradise has three outlets in Thailand - Pattaya, Bangkok and Chiang Mai. Each of them has their own 3D arts so if you already visited an outlet, it is still worth the price to visit outlet in another province. The Chiang Mai outlet is a large building with high ceiling which means more rooms for large 3D arts. Be sure to fully charge your camera or have a spare battery/memory card as you probably will sacrificed hundreds of shutter count here.Dani DANI
Good for the family-- kids will surely have a blast here. I brought my girlfriend and friend once here and they loved it. The 3D renderings inside are cool. There's also a coffee shop just outside (though you can drive/walk a couple of meters and you'll find cheaper shops). Anyway-- if you are tired of seeing what is outside or of the same old stuff, this place might be the answer. Or if you have got kids with you and you want them to have visual orgasm and mind-melting experience, bring em here 😂Lipy Gupta
Must visit. Lovely pics which might be lifetime memories. For the best pics have a view on the stickers pasted on floors for your position. Be patient and don't hurry. Each section has good sceneries. Dress well for good pictures
Highly recommendedJoanna Duncan
Such a fun day out!!! This is a great way to spend a couple of hours mucking about with friends- you can't do this place on your own - for best results you need a group of 3 or more. The artwork is incredible and well thought through. Be prepared to get hot - the sir con isn't very effective! And beware of the app!!! worth downloading to get the most of the AR experience but it's quite glitchy and the image quality is poor. I'd recommend using your own camera for most of itBrian Ray
This is a really fun little place to kill 4 hours. My friend and I had a blast posing for all the photos here. Wear sandals though, for some of the photos you need to take your shoes off.Paul Utthayanin
Lots of fun! Definitely a couple or group activity. Knock down a star as some of lighting needs to be looked at as they can ruin the 3D effect of the artwork. Recommend visit!Karen L.
Three-storey building with art illusions for pictures. We came as part of the tour and I thought it was just a filler for the itinerary. I wouldn't come here on our own though because admission wasn't cheap considering the cost of living in Thailand. Your time would be better spent elsewhere. You probably need at most 1 hour there for pictures, as this space wasn't that big. There's also a coffee shop near the lobby.Cboggy B.
Nice place with many well made optical illusions paintings. Kids and adults will like this place. Don't forget your camera to get your love ones in funny optical illusions situations.
The visit will take from 1 to 2 hours. Enjoy.Alia Coster
We found this by accident and it was really good fun. An easy way to lose a whole afternoon. A great way to shamelessly take selfies and not even feel bad for it. Awesome for groups but even as a single traveller it’s cool to meet new people. The arts brilliant as well. Really clever. So even if you’re just going to appreciate it it’s worth it. And I think admissions only like 200 baht which is so cheaper so if you can make it I highly recommend doing so.Chrissie Hayman
Amazing place! Absolutely awesome. we spent at least 2 hours there. It is a little frustrating when it is busy becuaee you have to queue for photo opportunities and there are no queue lines so people tend to jump in.
It is a tourist attraction and potentially even a tourist trap (but a good one). We had a great time taking numerous photos and although it is a little pricey to get in (for budget travellers), we think its well worth it.Castor Phan
Honestly, I was very fast to 'dismiss' this place as being very unauthentic and 'just another tourist' hub, not saying it isn't, but there really are many great works of art in here. Very playful place to take your kids and family. Many fascinating illusions and elaborate works of art.
