What a serene place! A taste of deserved luxury. Beautifully kept gardens on a beach front resort, a choice of 2 pools. A shuttle service into Hua Hin town. Amazing views from the hotel room. Great for golf players & yoga lovers. Dining & Spa a paradise experience. Thoughtful and surprising gestures if you happen to be there on your birthday. A place I would visit again.

Stay here two days in Premium Sea View Room with my family. Room is clean but the facility in room look a little bit old. Relaxing environment and very nice sea view. Breakfast is ok only, did not WOW me. 10 mins driving distance to downtown, thb50/person shuttle can be book. We have 4 persons to book the taxi only thb150. I will come again for the relaxing trip in Hua Hin next time.

First off - it's a resort so your beer will not be the same price as 711's but you didn't have to trudge through the heat carrying it to your room either! It's served to you by very friendly staff and usually with a complimentary serve of nuts etc. So it's not that expensive when you consider everything. Ditto almost everything else.
The buffet breakfast seems to be on a par with anything I've experienced, whether a Novotel or Marriott - lots of everything and all fresh. Exactly what I would have expected for a good resort.
There's a regular shuttle in to town (and back) in about 15minutes that makes the location not as distant from everything as it may seem from a map.
This property is well placed away from the hubbub but you can easily access town and the other options on offer.
If you need to save a sheckle or two, go in to town but
if you are looking for a resort where everything you want is catered for (like most resorts) then this place is ideal.
In a lush tropical garden setting with plenty of seating around the pool and by the beach, both well shaderd and in full sun.
The beach isn't exactly Australia's Bondi nor pebble covered. It's coarse sand and very clean but I don't think that'll stop you from getting a tan if you need too.
It's a medium to large sized property but you'd neither feel isolated nor crowded.
I've been here two days, 5 to go and I'd be happy to recommend Anantara and would happily return.

Excellent resort! Super nice and quick (!) staff. Great thai kitchen. Rooms and bathrooms always clean. Very nice garden. Pool, bars, direct access to the sea. 20 minutes away from Hua Hin centre.
